Boxes Linde
Boxes Linde is for more than 180 years old and is an all-round specialist in the folding carton branch. Our knowledge about folding cartons is well respected in the contacts with various companies with their own specific needs for packaging. Some of our customers have been satisfied for over 100 years with the quality and service we offer. Linde Vouwkartonnage manufactures folding cartons mainly to markets which require short and medium runs. We are well invested in customised press and finishing equipment and with decades of specialist experience in flexible production runs and short delivery times.
History
In 1829 the two brothers Anton and Carl Linde founded a small printing office and a company to prepare packaging material in Nordhorn. At first they delivered printing materials to tobacco companies, but very soon boxes and other packagings were added to their product offering, nationally and internationally. After 1880, the company was taken over by three sons. In 1905, Linde used temps out of Denekamp and that is why the company was authorized to transport to Denekamp without extra export duties. This was the start of Linde Folding cartons in Denekamp. After the 2nd world war Linde did not stay to be property of the Nordhorn department. The continued the business on their own. In 1960 Linde Nordhorn was sold and stopped existing. At the start of the seventies Linde ventured into the offset printing. They kept on modernising the company and with the moving to the Hanzeweg 14 they made it a good financial company. In 1991 Linde was taken over by the EPH (European Packaging Holding). In 2001 EPH sold the company to the Irish Clondalkin Group, an international producer of high value added packaging products and services.
